In about 45 minutes, Open Air Theatre will be on air, live with poetry. Today, for our African Writer of the Month, Obed will be giving a biography of the late South African writer and political activist, Alex La Guma.

We'll also, as usual, be hearing more poetry and literary energy from our young Ghanaian and African writers, who would join us in the studios of radio univers at the university of Ghana. Be sure to be entertained and educated with sharp and critical analyses.

And surely, your host Kwesi Amoak will be in the hot seat. Angela, Ruth and myself would produce the show as we kickstart your week with poetry.
